My Philosophy

SHIVA-SHAKTI ACUPUNCTURE & AYURVEDA

According to ancient Tantras, Shiva-Shakti is a duality expressed and integrated in one whole, with masculine and feminine energy both at play.  Shiva is masculine and Shakti is feminine. When these polarities merge together, balance is achieved. My approach is to bring these energies into balance and integrate the duality into one whole self with Meditation, Pranayama, Acupuncture, CranioSacral, Reiki, Marma, Mayan Abdominal and Facial Rejuvenation Therapies.

Both systems of Medicine are founded upon one basic concept of balancing of Shiva-Shakti parallels Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The concepts of Yin-Yang. the dual, interdependent energies and the idea that there is always a yin within yang and there is always an yang within yin. They are whole integrated together and can only be compared in relation to each other.

Sri Wellness Space, a healing concept described as a sacred space conceived with the intention for self and group healing. It is co-created sacred space when a group comes together for self-healing, community healing and planetary healing. The group field-effect promotes abundance, gratitude, compassion, coherence and inner peace. This above concept is inspired from my visions of the Tantric goddess Sri (Lalitha Maha TripuraSundari).
