Marma, Breath, and Sounds: An Integrative Ayurvedic Mind-Body-Spirit Approach

The Marma energy system can be compared to meridian channels in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), as well as analogous concepts in Mayan and Tibetan medicine. Techniques for activating Marma points are explored.

Pranayama (Breathwork)
· Activation is achieved through focused breathing exercises, both unilaterally and bilaterally.
· Visualization techniques and conscious awareness of energy points are incorporated through breath and intentional word association.

Sound-Based Activation
· Instruments such as tuning forks, crystal bowls, and monolina are utilized to stimulate energetic pathways and support holistic wellbeing.
·  Vocal toning, humming, chanting: Experiential Brahmari Practice

Ayurvedic Medicine Principles
· Discussion of fundamental Ayurveda concepts, including Doshas and Tattva.
· Examination of the five-element theory and its application in mind-body-spiritual healing
